I have an enlarged liver. Everytime I eat solid food I feel sick. What could be wrong? - liver pains food

My liver ultrasound causes severe pain. I had a low fever and off for months, and intermittent vomiting. I'm tired and feel lousy. In those areas (endo-and large intestine) within two weeks and follow-up with Doc thereafter. I do not drink. What could be wrong with me?
